The hall is available for hire and the rates are inclusive of the main hall, bar, kitchen and stage and all facilities within.
We’ll be very happy to talk through everything related to the hire such as how things work and where items are kept.
Should you wish, the committee will run a fully stocked paid bar for you at no additional cost. Please discuss this at the time of booking. If you wish to run your own bar there is a £20 charge to cover license fees and a £10 surcharge to cover breakages.
The hall should be left in the condition found.
Please note the playing field is owned and maintained by the Bolnhurst and Keysoe Parish Council and is open to the public. If you wish to make use of the playing field as part of your event you must seek permission from them directly.

Hourly Rate
- £12 ph for Parishioners (£15 ph Friday 6pm through end of Sunday)
- £15 ph for Non-Parishioners (£20 ph Friday 6pm through end of Sunday)
- Calculated from when the hall is first set up to when your event is over and the hall clear for the next hirer.
- £200 Returnable Deposit. Less any damage, breakages or cleaning expenses.

- £96 / £120 Weekday/Weekend for Parishioners
- £120 / £160 Weekday/ Weekend for Non-Parishioners
- Collect the key in the morning, return in the evening after your event or first thing the following morning.

- Collect the keys on Friday evening, return them with the hall being clear by Sunday evening.
